eCommerce Support Analyst at Sherman Specialty
Internet Based Company is Looking for responsible eCommerce Support analyst. This person will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, proven track record of productivity and good quality of work supporting our growing eCommerce division. Must be knowledgeable on most web related areas such as: Database, HTML, .Net, PHP, Programming (C, C++). Will conduct problem identification, research, isolation, resolution, documentation, and follow-up. Will work with the programming team to implement, test and bring features live to the site. Will write documentation and interact with various departments. Previous experience in Search Engine Optimization, Web Analytics, Paid Search ... a plus. Knowledge of Email (pop3/smtp), SQL, AS400 also a plus.
